After you finish the purchase process, you can track your order in your account. Please log into your account, move your cursor onto the account, you will find the order section.

You will receive your order in 15-25 business days from the date that it is placed.

For processing time, we may need up to 1- 3 days to prepare your order after placing your order.  This processing time does not include shipping time.

Of course you can.

You can change the sizes or the color of your order. Besides, you can also change the delivery information or just cancel your order. Please contact our Customer Care Team by email with your order information. The team will help you make the modification.

But please note that we can help you modify your order BEFORE shipment. Once your package is shipped, we will not be able to change anything.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

Please note:
1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.

2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

You will find a section named “Have A Promotional Code?”, where you can fill in the code. After you click the “APPLY COUPON” button, the price will be adjusted automatically.

  1. You will receive a discount code after your first signing up on wealurre.com
  2. You can check the sliders on the home page. Some promotions with promo codes will be settled in the sliders from time to time.
  3. You can check the Newest Coupon section on the top navigation bar. Most of our codes and coupons will be released there. And you will find the newest promotion events there.
  4. If you are a member of our VIP Club, which is totally free to join in, you can get your discount codes by participating in the fans’ programmes.
